Biography

Marianne received her Ph.D. in Linguistics from UW–Madison in 2005. Since then she has been on the faculty at Macalester College in St. Paul, Minnesota, where she teaches courses in linguistics and endangered languages. Her research focuses on the Algonquian language Menominee.
