Philip received his M.A. in Linguistics and Computer Sciences from UW-Madison in 1997. Since then he has worked as an encyclopedia editor with Routledge, taught English at UW-Manitowac, and developed online English courses for German speakers. He currently works as an IT and localization manager for The Geo Group.
